Cowboy Boots for Kids

Recently my grandson asked me for a pair of cowboy boots for his birthday. I was thrilled to be able to tell him about the cowboy boots I had when I was a little boy and how much fun I had wearing them. I can still remember my dad coming home form work with those boots and how happy they made me. Anxious to do the same for my grandson I immediately headed for my favorite shoe store to buy those boots. Much to my surprise they didn’t have a single pair in stock. The clerk said ‘kids don’t wear cowboy boots any more”, I was disappointed and a little taken back. I told myself the guy didn’t know what he was talking about and headed for the next shoe store in town. The story was pretty much the same, this guy suggested if I lived in Texas my chances would be better. I am now a little hot under the collar and determined to find those boots, so tried every shoe outlet I could find. I returned home empty handed and quite frustrated with the whole deal.

I called a friend and was telling him my sad story and he says, buy them online. I have ordered fishing gear, car parts and boat supplies online so I don’t know why I didn’t think of ordering them in the first place. Guess I was too anxious to have that magic moment with my grand son.
